A receipt proves who served the response and that it wasn't altered — not that the answer is correct. Forward-pass attestation (TOPLOC) is planned for v1.

Methodology
Availability combines the public coordinator snapshot, recent success, capacity, and freshness. If capacity is tight or the snapshot is stale, the model may be shown as limited until the next fresh update.
Total tokens across every request running at once — it rises as the pool absorbs concurrent load. It is not the speed of a single stream, which moves the opposite way as the network fills.
The speed a single stream sees — separate from the aggregate throughput total, and typically lower as the pool fills.
